Sweet Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr flour.
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 325 ml of liquid milk.
  • 75 g butter, melted.
  • Margarine to spread.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Sift flour, place in bowl with sugar.
  2. Make a hole in the middle, break the egg in it, stirring in one direction.
  3. Add milk little by little, until dough becomes soft and smooth.
  4. Add milk until exhausted, enter the melted butter.
  5. Cover dough with plastic wrap, let sit 30 minutes.
  6. Grease a 12 cm diameter pan with margarine, heat.
  7. Pour 1 tablespoon batter, spread evenly, 2-3 minutes, remove from heat.
