Sweet Crepes

Ingredients:
- 100 gr flour.
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
- 3 eggs.
- 325 ml of liquid milk.
- 75 g butter, melted.
- Margarine to spread.
Cooking Instructions:
- Sift flour, place in bowl with sugar.
- Make a hole in the middle, break the egg in it, stirring in one direction.
- Add milk little by little, until dough becomes soft and smooth.
- Add milk until exhausted, enter the melted butter.
- Cover dough with plastic wrap, let sit 30 minutes.
- Grease a 12 cm diameter pan with margarine, heat.
- Pour 1 tablespoon batter, spread evenly, 2-3 minutes, remove from heat.
