Spicy Shrimp Soup

Ingredients:
- 500 cc chicken broth.
- 3 spring onions, roughly chopped.
- 5 lime leaves.
- 2 stalks lemongrass, cut into 3 cm.
- 2 cm galangal, thinly sliced.
- 5 pieces of cayenne pepper, roughly chopped.
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
- 3 tablespoons lime juice.
- 6 tablespoons fish sauce.
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar.
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt.
- 1 tablespoon Thai chili sauce.
- 120 grams of shrimp, clean.
- 25 grams of mushrooms, cut into 2.
Cooking Instructions:
- Boil the chicken broth along with the garlic, onion, lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, salt, and Thai chili sauce and stir well.
- ADD shrimp and straw mushrooms, stir, and cook until boiling and cooked, remove and sprinkle top with coriander leaves to taste.
