Shrimp butter

Ingredients:
- 300 grams, shrimp, wash and soak in 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt, set aside.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter for sauteing
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
Cooking Instructions:
- Shrimp fried until crispy, set aside
- Saute garlic and onion in butter until wilted, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well.
- Enter the already fried shrimp, stir well, put onion, stirring seentar, lift and serve
