Ratatouille au Micro-Ondes

  1. Peel all the ingredients of vegetables, diced eggplant and cucumber into boxes, and paprika into a square shape.
  2. Diced tomatoes and sliced onions into a round shape. Peel the garlic cloves.
  3. Put all the vegetables into the microwave along with peeled garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes with maximum power. Stir. 10 minutes later, stir again, and so on. After it was closed until the water is absorbed.
  5. Add three tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of vinegar. Sprinkle with parsley leaves that have been coarsely chopped.
