Ratatouille au Micro-Ondes

Ingredients:
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 medium eggplants
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion or 2 medium size onions grain
- garlic
- parsley leaves
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
- Peel all the ingredients of vegetables, diced eggplant and cucumber into boxes, and paprika into a square shape.
- Diced tomatoes and sliced onions into a round shape. Peel the garlic cloves.
- Put all the vegetables into the microwave along with peeled garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes with maximum power. Stir. 10 minutes later, stir again, and so on. After it was closed until the water is absorbed.
- Add three tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of vinegar. Sprinkle with parsley leaves that have been coarsely chopped.
