Mousse Cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 25 grams sugar
  • 10 grams of gelatin + 30 ml water
  • 200 ml of liquid milk
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 50 grams of chocolate blocks, cut into pieces
  • 2 items egg white, lightly viscous
  • 200 ml of fresh whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine milk, coffee, sugar, chocolate beam. Then reheated.
  2. Beat the egg yolks and sugar until thick.
  3. Mix the gelatine and mix with hot milk.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Combine with beaten egg white. Stir well. Let cool slightly.
  6. Mix with fresh whipped cream.
  7. Fill in the glass. Chill in the refrigerator.
  8. Serve with shaved chocolate.
