Mocca pudding

Ingredients:
- 7 ounces white seaweed powder
- 500 ml of fresh liquid milk
- 20 gr cornstarch, dissolve it with a little water
- 150 ml water
- Mocha syrup 60 ml
- 100 gr sugar
- 100 gr canned mandarin oranges
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix the powder seaweed with fresh liquid milk and sugar. Stir until powdered seaweed and sugar dissolve.
- Dough boiled seaweed. Add cornstarch solution. Return to boil and cook until slightly thickened texture of dough. Capture.
- Take a third of the dough, add the 2 tablespoons of mocha syrup. stir well. (Mixture A).
- Mocca Pour remaining syrup into the remaining batter and stir well. (Mixture B)
- Pour (mixture A) into the pudding mold which has been moistened boiled water and filled with pieces of mandarin orange. Refrigerate until hardened.
- Pour pudding mixture B until mold full. refrigerate again until frozen.
- Once hardened, remove from the mold. Serve cold.
