Ingredients:
Javanese Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 gr rice.
- 200 gr beef stew, cut into long thin.
- 100 grams of wet shrimp, peeled.
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil for frying.
Javanese Fried Rice Seasoning recipe, puree:
- 4 pieces of red chili, seeded.
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste.
- 6 pieces of red onion.
- 3 cloves garlic.
- 1 tsp coriander.
- ½ teaspoon sugar.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Javanese Fried Rice Complement:
- 2 eggs, make pancakes.
- 2 cucumber, peeled, cut into pieces.
- Crackers shrimp to taste.
- Fried Onions to taste.
Cooking Instructions:
- Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant. Give 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, stir well.
- Insert meat and shrimp, stir briefly. Add rice, stirring constantly, until average well over low heat, remove from heat. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, fried egg, sliced cucumber, and shrimp crackers.
