Ingredients:

Javanese Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients:
  • 500 gr rice.
  • 200 gr beef stew, cut into long thin.
  • 100 grams of wet shrimp, peeled.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil for frying.
Javanese Fried Rice Seasoning recipe, puree:
  • 4 pieces of red chili, seeded.
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste.
  • 6 pieces of red onion.
  • 3 cloves garlic.
  • 1 tsp coriander.
  • ½ teaspoon sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
Javanese Fried Rice Complement:
  • 2 eggs, make pancakes.
  • 2 cucumber, peeled, cut into pieces.
  • Crackers shrimp to taste.
  • Fried Onions to taste.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Stir-fry ground spices until fragrant. Give 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, stir well.
  2. Insert meat and shrimp, stir briefly. Add rice, stirring constantly, until average well over low heat, remove from heat. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, fried egg, sliced cucumber, and shrimp crackers.
