Cold Blueberry Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
- 125 grams of biscuits containing milk. crushed into powder.
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
- 90 g unsalted butter (melted).
- (Mixed with powdered sugar and biscuits, butter has melted inputs, mix well. And then spread them evenly in the bowl / pan (the hole / ring) stored in the freezer).
- 500 gr Light Cream Cheese.
- 125 Gr granulated sugar.
- 300 gr whippy cream.
- 3 tablespoons blueberry jam (can be changed according to taste, ato mo strawberry jam, orange).
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, until smooth,
- Enter the whippy cream, mixing until blended.
- After that, put the butter, re-mixer until blended.
- Remove the biscuits from the freezer, pour batter on top, align, and re-input into a freezer.
- Store in freezer for 4 hours, then lowered into the chiller.
- Decorated according to taste, may wear whippy cream.
