Biryani Rice

Ingredients:
- Rice (rice kahs basmathi india rice) if there are no ordinary rice. 1 / 2 kg.
- 1 quart chicken broth.
- 2 cups water.
- Fresh cow's milk, 1 cup.
- Turmeric powder 3 tbsp.
- Nutmeg powder 1 tbsp.
- Cumin powder 1 / 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon 2 sticks.
- Cloves 3 pieces.
- 1 / 2 segment ginger.
- Cardamom powder 1 / 2 tsp.
- Cardamom 3 pieces.
- salt to taste.
- sugar to taste.
- Pepper Powder 1 tsp.
- ghee (oil ox) / 4 tablespoons butter.
- Garlic powder 2 tbsp.
- Ground beef 1 / 2 kg
- 5 pieces potatoes, peeled and for 2
