Albondigas Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of meat steak cut length.
- 1 clove thinly sliced Onions.
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin.
- 2 tablespoons paprika powder.
- 3 point jalapenos (typical Mexican Chili) finely chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped.
- 150 ml of lemon juice.
- 2 tablespoons of water from the jalapenos.
- 1 tablespoon corn oil.
- 1 teaspoon of water results steak.
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine cumin, chili powder, jalapenos, and garlic in a bowl, then smeared into all sides of meat.
- Place steak in a bowl and sprinkle with onions.
- Pour the lemon juice and lemon jalapenos on the entire surface of the meat.
- Cover and store in refrigerator for 1 hour or for a night.
- Prepare the grill to heat, combine oil and liquid meat, then smeared over the surface of the meat.
- Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the yellow color, but the meat inside is still pink.
- Cut the meat thin and serve with tortillas and salsa skin.
