  1. Combine cumin, chili powder, jalapenos, and garlic in a bowl, then smeared into all sides of meat.
  2. Place steak in a bowl and sprinkle with onions.
  3. Pour the lemon juice and lemon jalapenos on the entire surface of the meat.
  4. Cover and store in refrigerator for 1 hour or for a night.
  5. Prepare the grill to heat, combine oil and liquid meat, then smeared over the surface of the meat.
  6. Bake for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the yellow color, but the meat inside is still pink.
  7. Cut the meat thin and serve with tortillas and salsa skin.
